A new makeup store will be opening and you're not going to expect from where. Riley Rose is the name of the store and it is connected to Forever 21... Yes!!!!! Forever 21. Forever 21 already sells beauty products but here's the difference. There will be no forever 21 brands sold here , and it strictly will be focused on beauty. The prices will range from $2 to$189. Here are the brands that will be featured K-beauty, Tony Moly, Wink Lux, Essie, Rt Stila and Laura Geller. Riley Rose has a mix between Ulta and novelty store.
